· No In-Person Appointment Needed: Our Instant Repipe Quote Tool is extremely accurate and provides our clients with a turnkey water line replacement cost estimate in just a few minutes. Every step of our turnkey replumb process is included in these cost estimates – from permits, to plumbing, to paint. Please Note: Our Instant Quote Tool was developed to provide cost estimates for potable water system replacements in single family properties only. If you are looking to replace a radiant heating system, or have a larger pipe replacement project in mind such as a multifamily property or commercial building, please contact us directly for an estimate.
· Comfortable Living During Each Turnkey Replumb: Our team only needs to work in areas that are required for access to run the new plumbing system, thus the majority of each property is not affected, and residents are able to continue their daily routines and live as comfortably as possible. At the end of each workday, work protection materials are rolled up out of the way so residents have access to all areas of their home while our team is not working. Water is typically shutoff for less than a day, and only when final connections need to be made.

· Restoration and Cleanup: After required inspections are completed with the local building department, our team repairs any drywall opening created during installation. If any tile repairs are needed, they will also be taken care of during this time. Drywall texture is sprayed to match surrounding areas, and paint repairs are computer matched.
· Lifetime Warranty: Our commitment extends beyond project completion. We provide ongoing support and a lifetime warranty on all workmanship and labor. Depending on which system our client chooses for their pipe replacement, there is also a 10 or 25-year material warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Financing Our Services
While we beat our competitors prices for fun (we encourage anyone to check) that doesn’t mean turnkey repipes are cheap projects, and sometimes paying upfront isn’t an option. We’re proud to offer financing options for our customers’ water line replacement projects through our financing partner. We encourage clients to view our financing page here, but we’ll also provide a brief rundown below:
· 0% APR credit Card: Clients receive a physical credit card. Based on client feedback, the card is typically issued by Discover. APR’s are usually 0% for 18 months, and this credit card can be used to for the cost of the repipe. Clients must have a 680+ credit score to apply. There are no pre-payment penalties. This seems to be the best options for the majority of our clients that choose to finance.
· “Project Loans” Through LendKey: When our clients choose this option, payment is sent directly to Replumb Specialties Inc. APR’s begin as low as 8.93% and can be as high 15.18%, with term lengths between 3 and 20 years. Clients must have a 700+ credit score to apply. There are no pre-payment penalties.
· Personal Loans: The payment amount is sent directly to the client. APR’s start as low as 7.99% with term lengths between 1 and 12 years. There are no pre-payment penalties.
