· No In-Person Appointment Needed: Our Instant Repipe Quote Tool provides highly accurate estimates for turnkey water line replacements within minutes. These estimates cover every step of the process, including permits, plumbing, and painting. Please note: This tool is designed for cost estimates of potable water system replacements in single-family residences. For radiant heating system replacements or larger projects like multifamily properties or commercial buildings, please contact us directly for an estimate.

· Comfortable Living During Each Turnkey Repipe: Our team works only in the necessary areas to install the new plumbing system, leaving most of the property unaffected. This allows residents to maintain their daily routines and live comfortably during the project. At the end of each workday, protective materials are rolled up to give residents full access to their home while our team is not working. Water is typically shut off for less than a day, and only when final connections are made.

Personalized Project Notifications for Residents

Residents are kept up to date around the clock through text and email notifications. Each resident can subscribe or unsubscribe to these updates, and can change their mind whenever they wish. Typically, the notifications include useful reminders such as ‘the pipe replacement project will start in your apartment one week from today’ or ‘the water will be turned off tomorrow, so please prepare’ (paraphrasing). If there are any changes to the project schedule, residents are notified immediately. These notifications mitigate project related ‘surprises’ for residents, allowing for our workflow to commence effectively and keeping residents as happy as possible.

This allows residents to see exactly how it might affect their daily routines.

Residents also receive a thorough project overview that outlines each step of our repiping process. This detailed guide includes a clear timeline of the project and any preparations residents need to make before work begins.

We understand that some HOA’s prefer to handle resident coordination themselves. In such cases, we are happy to assist by providing handouts and media that incorporate our clients’ branding (such as logos, colors, and fonts). That’s why we’re proud to offer financing options for our clients’ water line replacement projects through our financing partner. · 0% APR Credit Card: Clients receive a physical credit card, usually issued by Discover. This card offers 0% APR for 18 months and can be used to cover the cost of the repipe. Applicants need a credit score of 680 or higher, and there are no pre-payment penalties. This option suits most clients who choose to finance.

· “Project Loans” Through LendKey: With this option, payments are sent directly to Replumb Specialties Inc. APRs range from 8.93% to 15.18%, with term lengths between 3 and 20 years. Applicants need a credit score of 700 or higher, and there are no pre-payment penalties.

· Personal Loans: Funds are sent directly to the client. APRs start at 7.99%, with term lengths between 1 and 12 years. There are no pre-payment penalties.
