Meet Nic Fine, our VP of Field Operations. Nic ensures the smooth execution of our major repipe projects. With a business management degree from the University of Colorado Denver and over 15 years of experience as a licensed Master Plumber and drywall finisher, Nic oversees all field operations to guarantee project success.

Kenny is known as the company GOAT, and is one of our Senior Project Managers specializing in residential pipe replacement projects. Kenny manages everything, from water system replacement to the final touches of drywall and paint. With over 30 years of experience and a Journeyman Plumber license, Kenny brings a wealth of expertise, ensuring top-notch results in every project.

With 20+ years of experience (with us) and a Journeyman Plumber license, Milo handles everything from water systems to finishing touches like drywall and paint. Meet Ryan Ballard, one of our Principal Project Leads. With a Master Plumber license and over 5 years of experience in Turnkey Pipe Replacement, Ryan is a guide for his team on commercial pipe replacement projects. Ryan also has over 10 years of experience in mechanics and earned his Certified Welder (CW) certification prior to joining our team.

Meet Cody Ballard, a Principal Project Lead at Replumb Specialties Inc. With a Master Plumber license and over 5 years of experience in Turnkey Pipe Replacement, Cody might be the hardest worker we have ever met. When it seems impossible, Cody somehow makes it possible.

Trey is responsible keeping the backend of our company running smoothly. He is also our web developer, graphic & print designer, and our go to for resident coordination and communication during large pipe replacement projects. Trey graduated from Colorado State University and is a licensed Master Plumber.
